New poster here. I'm curious what everyones' character backstories are and if you have multiple characters which is your favorite?

I am new to the game so I'm leveling up a Breton Templar. She's a battlemage type character who fights for the good in the world despite being looked down upon for her ancestry--her ears are more pointed so she doesn't always feel like she belongs with humans or elves. She's intelligent, witty, and compassionate but will make hard choices if necessary for survival or gain.
