Question about Stalhrim frostcaster style and Iceheart weapon pack from the crown store

Does it matter which character you buy them on? I want to make sure my crafter has the motif but I want to use the style on another character. So are the styles you learn from both usable on the entire account or just the character you purchase them on? I've never really bought motif styles or weapon packs from the crown store before so i'm not really sure.
I'm hoping it does not matter. If so crowns will be spent very soon in the near future I think because the style looks great in my opinion.

Aisleyne✭✭✭✭✭When you learn a motif on your crafter, the style is always unlocked for your whole account. Anything you learn can be applied as an outfit style on your other characters.2 -

✭It will be available as an outfit style on all characters you have (On that server).
It will only be CRAFTABLE on the character that reads the motif book.1 -

✭✭I bought both the Iceaheart and Frostcaster since I have a few characters with Frost in their names... on top of that I got a Frost Bear mount soo its a no Brainer
