Provisioning hireling keeps sending same mail message

I have had a provisioning hireling for a while. For the past several days, I am getting the same mail message about circus performers from the hireling Zukki-dar for the past several days. According to https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Hireling_(Provisioning), this is message 300 out of 300.

Is this what is supposed to happen? After you see all the messages once, you keep getting the last one, every day, without change?

    You've reached the end of the story line. I'd rather see it start over for variety but it is what it is.

    Yes hirelings send you letters that progress through their travels. There are three hireling's per craft. I'm not sure how they get assigned as my first crafter only one for each craft but my alt crafter has had two different ones for each craft to date.
