Why would you spend 100$ when you get a 700 slots house for free, which offers pretty much the same architecture? Granted it does not have the pool, but if you want a big pool/water area, there are better options, like the island or the Grotto

Hmm? Apartments have that many slots?

It's the Hall of the Lunar Champion home that they're referring to.
I bought it. After it went live, I previewed it and studied it and found no loose rubble. Furnished version does not provide anything I can't already craft myself so I bought the unfurnished version and was pleasantly surprised at the number of nice stone lightposts I don't have to make. The walls are gross and I'll be covering them, which will eat up slots, but I didn't really buy it for the interior anyway. The stairwell, again, is gross and I will cover the walls.
The exterior is beautiful. I love the glowy stuff. I love the cave. I love the view out into the ocean. I do NOT love the slaughterfish so close to the shore, but whatevs, I have a pool to swim in.
It was not until I got it and started furnishing it that I got really excited, and I'm putting this in a spoiler box. If you love surprises and plan to buy this house, do not read this. It made me squeal like a little kid.If you put in the Aeonstone Formation furnishing that you get from completing the quest "Fall of the Dark Aeon"...IT LIGHTS UP THE POOL CRYSTALS!! You can turn the pool crystals on and off by using the Aeonstone Formation as a switch and it is SO FREAKING COOL-LOOKING.
