Provisioning menu improvement

A great improvement to the Provisioning menu would be if the major headings were moved to tabs across the top. This way you don't have to continually scroll past the ever increasing headers and recipes to get to where you want to go. An alternative would to have all headers default to closed and then have the player click on a plus/minus sign (+/-) to expand or close the list.

Perhaps another approach would be to add additional filters to be able to filter out lower-level recipes you don't intend to craft. There are already filters for "have ingredients" and "able to craft." If there were a filter to select which level recipes you want to see, that would eliminate a LOT of the scrolling.

ETA: Although I guess that really wouldn't work for the event and DLC recipes as they are all level 1 and scale. Ah well...

More granularity in filtering is always good.

The expanding/collapsing headers is a great idea, and would be helpful for all crafting stations
