British Friend Can't Connect to NA server now

My friend @azuchisamurai who has been playing since early access with a code I bought in NA for him has since been unable to login to the NA megaserver since this latest patch, his launcher doesn't even bother patching it just refuses his connection for the NA server but will allow the EU server connection anyone got a solution; other than he can't play with NA megaserver.

    Tell him to restart his computer and to boot it up in selective start up mode with internet.

    Then load the launcher and make sure it's set to the North American servers. This should bypass any issues that his computer is causing and finally allow him to update and log in.

    Once everything is fine, he can then reboot the computer normally.

    Thank you, managed get his game patched; silly that they buggered the dns so anyone outside NA can't patch their client =.= he as "lovely i hope they didnt region lock anyone from Europe or Britain from NA cause I got a L39 I dont want to relevel..."
