Just wanted to start a thread for Goldbrand NA to discuss the happenings!

We are having a blast here and it has been fun fighting between AD and DC. Glad to see EP was able to rally around us and keep the map mostly Red with majority of the Elder Scrolls.

Looking forward to seeing what AD and DC can come up with for us

Current Server Demographics:

Low to medium populated server with a fairly balanced competition between AD and EP. DC really could use some allies here as they are getting trashed pretty hard. AD had control of the entire map for several days before we came out and took it back, crowned and Emperor and took the scrolls. Now it is a battle to take and Keep the middle Keeps.

Anyone looking for a less laggy, competitive and engaging server we recommend taking a look at Goldbrand, especially for DaggerFall.

Desperately seeking AD and DC resistance on this server. All the AD fled after being beaten. Fair weather FTL.

Choose this server as my campagin after reading this article. I am an AD. Ran around the map for about 3 hours and never ran into anyone at all. Really dissapointing.

hahaha yea must have. Got home from work last night and the same thing. Ran around about an hour and seen nothing. Joined Wabbajack as a guest and got in some good PVP there. Was nice to roll out there at lvl 10 and eat some higher levels lunch. Got some good solo kills vs a level 18 and 21. Was mostly big zergs running around but I had a good time snatching people out of range of there healers and leaching kills. Not sure I am even going to go back to goldband thinking of saving points to move to Wabba or another high pop campaign. If your guild comes to Gold as AD send me an ingame mail to Rageout and I will come back over to help cap some resources and stuff. If you have not joined yet I wouldn't waste your time on Goldbrand it has been a ghost town two nights in a row for me.

Yea, this is the campaign my guild chose playing DC. Not sure why. We take a keep or two (hooray), next day it's red again. Just not very much fun right now, not a balanced campaign at all.

Used to be all yellow till we beat them down, now we just guest elsewhere so it must be the PUG groups or Emperor who is taking.

Ive been trying to get people to come here but no luck really

I am still waiting for that group of 500 AD players that were wanting some kind of treaty..... would rather them just take everything at this point.

If anyone said anything about a treaty, ignore them. That's not how this stuff works, and they don't know 500 AD players. If they did, AD would be able to push back a little.

Currently, the map is dominated by Ebonheart Pact. I've been having fun defending what little we've been able to get our hands on, but with no large organized groups, getting keeps from Pact is just not happening. I've tried, but in order for small groups to take keeps, they all need to be fairly experienced and not run in to die.

I can see that Pact genuinely wants decent PvP, and they don't want to run people out of the server, but that's what's happening. Last night that group of 30 who took out Black Boot could have easily taken Bloodmayne as well. I'm assuming they didn't because there was no competition there. I was the only person at the fort at the time it was captured. Personally, I blame our deserters for this imbalance. We stood a chance if we worked together. Unfortunately that guild that left did not like sharing what they were doing and when they finally couldn't keep up by ninja-capping keeps, they fled. I've been looking for people to join us and help push back, but it's rough. I'm not fully affiliated with any guild, and the ones I do hang around are disheartened by the population imbalance as well. People don't like being the underdog, but as I said, I'm having fun defending with tiny groups at least.

Long story short, Goldbrand can use more AD and DC players. This is J'Ualizz, by the way.

I personally was a bit "annoyed" when Tombfox and his group left. They had everything all nice and easy and once it became obvious they had a serious fight they tucked tail. I've seen as many as 50 AD defending the first week. That is no longer the case.

Really really really looking for some organized AD and DC guilds to come here. I haven't been on the campaign in two weeks and am still in the top 12 lol.

They seemed to just want to win. Even after we lost all of the keeps, they were all "Well we still have the most points." They fled just before Pact overtook us in points.

Ya that guild turning tail and running kinda ruined things.

We desperately need a few good DC and AD guilds to come to Goldbrand.

I know i'm going to *** off someone in EP with this but if you still can attack your own keep walls (used to work in PTS) i'd be more than glad to help some of the AD and DC groups to take some keeps.

I mean seriously, when i logged in last night we had every single resource and keep on the damn map.

Idk about helping them take keeps, but we've pretty much just backed off for now. Most of GHH is guesting on other campaigns atm or just focusing on PvE leveling.

We don't like things being this unbalanced either and as long as we're out there preventing them from taking anything back, no one is coming to Goldbrand.
