Voice chat stop working after a while

Hi guys,
First of all sry for my english!!
I'm having a big problem with the voice chat in eso on xbox one x.
After i join the guild chat channel all seems to work perfectly but after 10 or 15 minutes the chat stop work, the last who spoke remain freezed on the screen and the only solution is close the game.
This problem is cutting me out from almost every guild activity, and i'm the only one affected... Other guild mates have only the chat swap bug.
The ports are forwarded and privacy settings ok, nat open, 30/40 mega stable connection.

I've done all the things in the list.
The problem still persist
Nat open, doors forwarded, privacy settings checked, switched from wifi to cable, save file deleted.
Vocal chat still stop work after 10 15 mins and names freezed on screen.0 -

For some it seems to have been router issues with a port that typically causes it after 30 mins. May want to double check the ports.0

Well it was specific modems, I had the issue until I got the newer Xfi modem. Ports and forwardign didn't help, the new one did.0
