Crafting alt with minimum Sp

I’m thinking of rolling a pure crafting character. It will have no gathering skills because my main will do all the gathering so no keen eye, no hirelings etc. It will have to be levelled a certain degree to get enough skill points to gain the crafting proficiencies and to give enough basic combat skills to get these Sp (mostly from quests and skyshards) I have calculated that I will need a minimum of 52 skill points to get him to craft what I need (i.e. the 4 crafts my main doesn’t already do) So what level would I need to get him to? I was hoping to do as little actually character levelling as possible. Do you think 52 skill points is possible by say level 20?

Stautmeister✭✭✭Level an alt normally to around level ~25 grabbing all skyshards and doing all 6 dungeons. this would net you around 40 skyshards, 6 dungeon points and im guessing around 10 points from quests, getting you to that point.
then just respec all the points into crafting and sent the deconstruction stuff from your main to level it quickly.An orc marrying a wood elf?! Enjoy your Borsimer mutants!0
