Account not found..when inviting or whispering a player

Not fixed yet that I can see from the latest patch - as a work around use the social panel and type their @username into the box.

yeah my account cant be whispered too either waiting on a response

It's September and I can't send a message or a tell to someone not in my guild or a friend. I get a message stating account not found. I made a ticket up two days ago...
