Maelstrom Arena needs a revision and rework.

✭✭✭The Argonian level is pretty seriously glitchy, if you ever end up having to bash the boss, because both mages died. You can survive, but the mages stop doing the shield at the appropriate time and that seems to carry into subsequent attempts, should you die. Sometimes that also fails for no discernible reason.
You complete vMA, you've probably already internalised half the bugs that can occur and are working around them as if they were intended mechanics. Aside from the weapon drop RNG that seems to affect some people badly (not me), I like vMA. I think it's one of the better parts of ESO. You get to the point you can do it, you kind of wish all overland content was at least like the first round.3 -

So people who can't run on it can't comment on it being overly RNG sometimes because they just need to l2p. And someone who is a flawless conqueror can't comment on it because they play too well, so obviously that means it's fine.

✭✭They should move the last reward chest at the quest giver, so when you return, you could open one of two chests, like Undaunted chests were, so you have magicka gear chest and stamina gear chest, or an other idea, pick between a key that open the chest (same like current reward chest) or a token. With X amount of tokens you can get a random trait specific weapon.

✭✭Since I managed to complete vMA (a total noob in DD who came fron tanking) after 1 week of creating my first DD character, then the arena is perfectly doable.
What I 100% agree with you is the RNG in stage 7 and the ridiculous RNG in rewards. I know people who have done vMA 50+ times and still cant get the inferno staff.

Server performance is abysmal and as we all know has gotten worse. It should be considered an embarrassment. It is time for Mr. Altman to take notice of the issues we have been facing since they are only getting worse.1 -
