What are we supposed to do when support doesn't reply to multiple tickets?

I can't even get one reply back about my issue.....

    I'd advise posting the ticket numbers here in your posts in the hope that a ZOS mod will see this and help shepherd them through Support.

    Also be aware that starting multiple tickets on the same issue tends to move the whole thing back in the queue.

    Ok well it was over a month on the last one so I reopened. This is the latest one.

    @ZOS_BillE may be able to help.

    Also, if you got any response and did not reply then they may have closed the ticket. iirc, replies state if there is no reply in X hours the ticket will be closed. Auto responses may fall into this bucket as well (idk).
