Now im in a 2 min "Requesting Login.." Screen and get "This account is already logged in" and "Couldnt connect to the server"

And now I can not even log in...

MadnessCalms✭✭I was able to login(PC-EU), had decided to create a new character. Created the character and it got stuck in a "Requesting Character Load" loop. That eventually afk timed me out and now I can't login, as above I get either stuck requesting login or it tells me account is already logged in.
