Is there an Addon that only shows quest icons for quests NONE of my characters have done?

Seeing a quest marker, any quest marker, would feel more like an *exciting* find if I could be certain that I haven't already completed that quest at another time on another character. After all, I get bored repeating content and frustrated when I can't remember if I have done a quest or not already, especially in content that's years old.

    Hoofing it past NPC's in long forgotton content, I can't really tell at all if I have done those quests or not before. It' just more fun when you see something ahead and know you haven't done it yet. Like finding a lone NPC deep in a thicket in an area you may have never stepped foot in.
