Final Main Story Quest Completed, Bugged for over 24hrs; Can't Progress!

The level 50 Main Story quest is completed.
I have already defeated Molag Bal and retrieved my soul.
I have teleported back to the Harborage and the remaining survivors (Sai & Lyris in my case) are stuck in a role play animation and won't let me finish the quest.

I am about 20seconds away from Veteran content. I have troubleshooted the hell out of this quest and I cannot abandon it as it is a Main Story quest. Please do something. I am running out of things to do and losing patience.

    I'm being told GMs are capable of skipping people in my case? Can we do this?

    Good lord....you must have been smoking crack this week, or skipped a hell of a lot of content...maybe check your achievement log to see what you can do while they work this bug out...

    I have this exact same problem. It is bull. I can't leave the dungeon unless I travel to another player. I defeated him and it told me to vanquish him, some sword appeared in my hand and nothing happened. I couldn't finish him so I relogged and now I can't do anything. I can't abandon the main story quest so I'm stuck until they do something to fix it for us.

    I have a similar issue with the main quest which has now been going for over a week and I am also 20 secs from veteran content. I have virtually completed all of the content available to me and after speaking to customer services, on several occasions, it seems that the persistent advice is re-roll or ZoS can refund me.

    It also seem' s they have very limited in-game tools to rectify this and apparently it is an extremely complex issue to fix ... Pretty disgusted if I am honest as a bug of this severity shouldn't be allowed to enter full release.

    I hope that this isn't an indicator of things to come as the game has huge potential in my eyes. I am not sure that ZoS has any idea on the impact that this has on the players involved who have put in the time and effort to get to this stage.

    None of this is helped by the fact that we do not get any responses from the forums to our issues.

    QQ post I know but have to vent somewhere!
