Please consider reworking the Masters Weapons now that you've effectively rendered their associated skills uninteresting in conjunction with the weapons. The changes to the resto are vaguely interesting, but not enough to warrant taking up a slot with it. It averages to roughly 33.3 extra mag and stam recovery per second over the duration of the cast, which is not at all usefull (think, the completely useless ingivorating trait), especially in light of the fact that the cost of abilities has skyrocketed.
I haven't had the chance to test the rest of the skills to see if it's worth slotting the weapons, but it all looks pretty uninteresting on the surface at least. I'll reserve my final opinion until I've seen more.
While some of these changes were needed (to a much lesser degree than you implemented), I think a broader understanding and implementation is needed when making some of these heavy handed changes. Nothing happens in a vacuum, and you have to consider how every part of the game will be affected, rather than just one subset of one subset.
