Need Advice about pc

hello guys. there is my pc details.

GPU: GeForce GTX 580
CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 Processor
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Current resolution: 1680 x 1050
Motherboard: ASUS M4A77TD PRO
OS: Windows 7

I play on HIGH settings ( turned off shadows,grass and water ) when i doing quests alone i have fps between 45-70 , as soon as i come in town,fps drop to 25-35, in masive pvp fps 20-30

I need your advice,what i can upgrade in my machine? or its time to get new machine :/

    This is a widespread problem unfortunately that I and many others are experiencing, if not everyone. It's only something that the developers can fix I believe. I believe it's their servers.

    It goes both ways. The game needs some optimizing and your hardware is getting old.

    ESO loves a bit of power. MMO's in general do.
    That goes for the whole pc. Loading times like SSD's.
    And when you are in a busy city, it likes that big GPU and CPU.
    Same goes for massive PvP events.

    I have:
    i5 3570k 4 ghz
    r9 280x oc
    500gb SSD

    I run at 1080p all settings at max. It runs very smooth except for PvP.
    Than it sometimes bogs down to <30 fps, it is still playable but the game controls get laggy.
    So in PvP i lower the graphics settings a bit.

    If you want to play maxed settings all the time you need to go really high end. And you have to search for hardware the game likes.
