A weird problem started tonight with my ESO Launcher. Up until now it's always worked just fine. But now whenever I click on it, it takes 10-15 seconds for anything to happen. Sometimes the launcher doesn't start at all. Other times, one of two things happens: either it shows the generic brown launcher background with a white "Loading" bar that doesn't fill even after 10-15 minutes, OR I get a version of the launcher with scroll bars on the right and bottom sides, each of the different artwork backgrounds one on top of the other, and a bunch of blue links that look like news and other bare black text below that I can't read against my desktop background. Either way I can't get the launcher to work -- it starts up but never completely loads.

I can still run the game by clicking on the eso.exe in my Elder Scrolls Online directory, but I'm worried that the game won't get updated properly if the launcher doesn't work.

I can't figure out what caused this issue. I installed Python 2.7 last night -- is there some conflict there? I also had some trouble with my internet connection last night and had to manually reset my IP address but I can't see how that would cause the launcher to break like this.

Anyone have similar issues?
