Game Crashing When Trying to Hit Play

Pretty much like the title says. Every time I try to hit play, the game crashes and I keep getting this:

I read through a bunch of other threads saying similar things, and tried everything that they had suggested to get the game to work. I also opened a ticket with support, but received little help there as well.

Anyways, to sum up what I've done so far. Uninstalled and re-installed the game, clicked run as administrator, updated all drivers, updated directx and visual C++, changed settings on video card like the forum says to, opened my firewall, made sure all anit-virus programs allowed the game access (I actually uninstalled all my Anit-virus programs). I'm currently reinstalling the game yet again, but it's DLing extremely slow this time around (been over an hour and only at 10%), so who knows if it will actually work (probably not).

If anyone has any tips or suggestions on what might be going wrong, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Alright, finally found a solution. Not sure if this will work for everyone, as many of the things that worked for others didn't work for me, but this is what I did.

Go to Documents> Elder Scrolls Online> Live> here you should have a Usersettings text document.

If you have one, use find to search for the line "SET graphicsdriver.7" It should say "D3DLL" after this. Change "D3DLL" to "OpenGL". Save file, hit play. Hopefully this works if you have no other options.
