I can't post the screenshots because no naming and shaming rule or I would. But needless to say a group of people in-game have been sending me whispers that are truly truly vile and disgusting. I sent a report and a screenshot to customer service and they did NOTHING. These people are still playing and I get no response from customer service.I have people on ignore so they get others to send me whispers throughout the day. I am beyond sick of it.

Send the screenshots to a community manager here on the forums.
When you report them remember to reply to the automated email.

Being bullied like this is upsetting and has nothing to do with growing a thicker skin. TS already blocked them and now it goes trough others. Very nasty to say something like that to someone who gets bullied and is upset.
@TipsyDrow I would also send a pm via this forum and indeed do not forget to follow up on the email they send you.
I hope they respond soon because this is not on.
