Fairly disappointed with Necromancer

    I don't really get why people think current necro has pets to begin with. They technically don't even have pets the "pets" for necro is essentially just delayed visual ability, if you get rid of the skeleton animations. Maybe if they had health bars then I guess they would be pets?

    I just find it funny when people complain about necro "pets", they are not pets lol.

    You have to see it coming to outheal it. :) Console bashers wait until your backs are turned as you’re entering the keep to transform and attack. I guess the only solution is to moonwalk into keeps until ZOS decides that maybe, just maybe? they should fix bashers on console.

    If the reason we don't have more pets is because their design team can't make it work on the current engine, then that is an absolutely complete and utterly *** poor excuse of a reason.

    I think I said that didn't I? They're basically not pets, just hots and dots.

    The defining attribute of a pet for me is something that will at the very least take some aggro off you even if it's not permanent.

    None of the current pets do that which is severely disappointing.

    Thank goodness they didn't make it into another perma pet crutch class "pet wizard" like pet sorcs and wardens. That ESO has so many pet classes (aimbots) and quasi pet classes makes it a joke as it is.

    I’m loving my stamcro personally. Geared him up with perfected rele/perfected lokke and my dps is insane in PvE. 90k+ all day!

    The only skill that summons multiple skeletons is the Animate Blastbones morph from Reanimate, though tbh it feels really out of place as a morph there. I would prefer it be the magicka morph of regular blastbones so it summons one and exploits nearby corpses to summon up to 2-3 more.

    I honestly wish they changed "Avid Boneyard" to something like "Haunted Boneyard" which exploits any nearby corpses for tempo zombies or wraiths.

    But I totally agree with OP about increasing the duration of the "pets (even though they aren't)" to something like 25-30 seconds.

    Go on pvp, try to drop blastbone on a moving target that is not at 1 meter from you, have fun to touch your ennemy, most of the time the blastbone will not even move and stay at his position.

    Then try the tether, most of the time you are targeting the corpse and spamming your key, the spell will hardly launch and sometimes the corpse will dissapear.

    Find it funny to look at you posting this video, it just show once more how stupid you are. "Because it hit strong it dont have any bug"... By design stamcro is OP, but if it was working perfectly trust me that the dps will be even more violent. Now go play magicka cro, and come back with a video where the Guy sont suffer from any bug... I ll waiit, and i ll laugh.

    Strong or not. It's still bugged. How the class is balanced doesn't mean it's not a buggy mess. That is a totally different story.

    The only thing I'm learning from watching these videos is how absolutely terrible magicka Necros are.

    Who the HELL is going to ever use scythe? NOBODY

    Shocking siphon A) requires a corpse, B) has a very small aoe and C) is incredibly annoying to try to constantly be behind your targets to try to get the chain to hit them. When your armor or pets die off you can't reliably use those corpses to deal damage with it you basically have to wait for blastbones to go run in making this skill, and restoring tether absolutely stupid.

    I'm surprised how much I like my necromancer. The edgy evilness is usually a turn-off for me.

    But the corpse mechanics are actually fun (something I especially played stamplar for, which sadly sucks), I wish there were more. It probably plays the most unique out of all classes, and ESO's class design is pretty lackluster otherwise.

    It's also too bad that healers get shafted next patch, necro healers are great.

    I do like I can fill two bars with necro only skills and I enjoy the slower methodical approach it has to doing its thing.

    @Billy_Badascii same here, I've tried to like them but I just cannot, I want my army of undead still without it they are not necro's to me. Also I do not think the answer is making pets temporary I think they need to be able to interact with things through the pets like other games have done.

    It does. Its sarcastic. "Necro is flawless" as a newsflash. Because ZOS tells me it is. Since they dont fix it. They dont say that that they will fix it. The message I take from it is that zos thinks the class is flawless and bugfree.
    Even though it isnt.

    Lack of pets

    Lack of magicka abilities (that don't require a stinkin corpse)

    Lack of direct damage (too much dang AoE which is easily avoidable in pvp)

    I just don't get it man.
