Not sure what you mean by skill points, but Attribute Points are 64 into Health.

Pretty weird way to put the question then? Could have asked "what skills are you running on your bars" or something to that effect?
Regardless, all passives in the class skill-lines, Undaunted, points into weapon passives, points into Heavy/Medium/Light armor passives (medium/light that don't require 5x light/medium for the passives to work), etc. Vampire optional.
Bar setup:
Unnerving Boneyard, Inner Fire, Deaden Pain, Heroic Slash, Hungry Scythe, Bone Goliath (Sword and Board)
Resolving Vigor, Agony Totem, Blockade, Beckoning Armor, Spirit Guardian, Aggressive Horn (Ice Staff)0
