Launcher Is Not Working

I've tried the Proxy/VPN thing and it didn't work. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and that seemed to patch it, but it still won't let me login or click the play button. I got the error 210 "Manifest Error" and I tried to look but everyone has the 209 error. The launcher is usually stuck at Loading or Checking for application updates.

Yakko✭Another thing to add is that I can't install/uninstall the client from the launcher as is suggested because my launcher doesn't get to that stage.1
