can silver bolt skill from the fighters guild cause sneak damage?

There is no sneak attack or additional sneak attack dmg in this game.

When you are sneaking your chance to make a critical hit is bigger.
It got changed since beta and I do not know the actual numbers.
Silver bolts can crit btw

It definitely works from sneak (meaning I've seen it do additional damage and "stagger" the target).

What was the target? Cause it does additional damage n stagger on daedra/Undead (vampires etc)

I too have had this experience with Daedra and normal npcs.

I know one hundred percent i used it on human enemies and got around 50 or so damage. Then everyone in a while from sneak i get 80 something.
