Voice Chat Bug?

Is it just me or is anyone else unable to join the voice chat feature? I've gotten a message for two days in a row that there is technical problems with the voice chat. I'm wondering if this problem is just effecting me and my Xbox One system or if it is effecting folks on a grander scale?

Could you post the exact message that comes up when you try accessing voice chat on your console?

Will do. I get home around 5:30PM so it'll be awhile. It did mention that I should contact eso online. Also, after that message posts and I try for a second time to enter voice chat, the timer at the bottom of the screen keeps circling around for infinity: 6S, 5S, 4S, 3S, 2S, 1S, 6S, 5S ... etc.

Same for me. I've never tried it but I see the function yet I can't use it. It says to contact eso online. I'll post a screenshot later today.
