ZOS, we need Battle Royal mode, please!

I have already pointed out that Zos already discovered the money is not in PvP. This is extremely obvious because they could not monetize BGs and had to make it part of the base game.

It defies logic to think that it is a good idea for Zos to design a completely different and new combat system in this game and that is exactly what the OP is asking for.

So no. It will not happen.

What could happen is Zos could build a completely different game with an ESO atmosphere that is BR. It would not be part of this game and should not.

I thought the OP was just asking for a battle royal mode. I don't think that would be the equivalent of an entirely new combat system. Just a different type of match is all.

I'm not overly thrilled with the idea either - because it would likely just turn into Nightblades playing hide and go seek until the time ran out. But it could be included without completely overhauling the combat system. And It couldn't be any worse than that stupid chaos ball crap.

If that is true, then why...

- I only played three rounds of Apex Legends and then uninstalled it?
- I have no interest in Fortnite?
- I played one round of Nuclear Winter and then began to ignore the game mode in Fallout?

Battle Royally is a sign of desperation to following a trend, and I hope to never see it in ESO.

Actually, I don't think you even answered a very important question: Why don't you go play OTHER games that have this, and leave ESO alone?

could be fun on like a separate island...like the one quest in AC odyssey....

What would also be fun is an arena where you could let your pets battle other pets, gain levels, acquore attacks etc...pokemon style...

just some more side activities...

GW2 has some cool side activities that are fun

while we are at it lets also add a new skill line, with aoe abilities that make your enemies dance

also i want all the ingame ost changed to hello kitty soundtracks

oh and lets also add cool full body animal suit costumes thats what we need, bunnies/bears/cats

and weapon styles that have like candy canes and umbrellas as weapons that will make eso so much better and immersive

Level 1 chars no armor, skills, weapons, or CP.
This game doesn't lend itself to Battle Royal with the complexity of the mechanics.

First person shooter are easy to do that style. I cant think of a single RPG where that would be a good idea.
