    Friendliness helps, but a ticket shouldn't have even been necessary. Furthermore, Zeni's silence shows they really don't care.

    Still waiting still no response at all, been nice, been understanding, now I'm just getting irritated, I check my mail regularly now and there's nothing that the tickets are even being looked at. Guildmates got them the same day, tho one had his roommate get it that day and he also still hasn't gotten his.

    Try either responding to the ticket (even if you have to do it daily), or opening a new one. I hate to say it, but it really seems like CS is swamped :/ The (probably) 2 real people working there are seriously overwhelmed, considering all the latest bugs err features! happening lately

    I just got mine today yay :)

    Looks like they are still on it, I hope everybody will get their mount and crates soon ;)
