Loading screens in cyrodiil freezing regularly?

Cyrodiil is getting nearly unplayable for me with be playing "will I freeze up and crash in a loading screen?" every time I use a transit shrine or respawn.

The Cyrodiil PvP zone is often more resource intensive compared to other zones due to more players being in one location. You can help with loading issues by following the help article below.
