I am helping a friend build a computer for the game. But the parts are all previous owner parts. They are-Gpu Nvidia Gtx 560 Ti, 4 or 6 GB of RAM (depend on if I can find 6 GBs of DDR2), and a Intel Dual Core 2.6hz. Hoping this can do Medium with some other tweaked settings. Will this run? That CPU is really the only thing im worried about. Thanks

    Yes this will be able to run Med, possibly even High settings. The 560ti is a great card. CPU should be fine, but I'd highly advise upgrading it and the ram to ddr3 for better overall performance.
