Are there motiff/style pages for this? Is the only way to get that look from the costume that's no longer available?

Iirc, the court of bedlam was a costume that came with the Summerset preorder last year (and might be included in the super colossal Elsweyr upgrade package that also includes Summerset, but idk).

You can get the Court of Bedlam costume with the Summerset Collector's bundle in the Crown Store.

I think i got mine from the free crates but I'm not certain. I did pre order SS but i don't think i have it on both regions.

Regardless doesn't help you get it!
