why cant i get in cyrodiil

why wont cyrodiil load for me I try to fast travel there from a wayshine and it gets stuck at the loading screen and sometimes takes me back to where I was has it been buggy the last few days?

Asava✭✭✭If your campaign has a lock icon for your alliance then you'll get the infinite loading screen since it can't decide what to do with your toon. Your campaign is full when the lock icon is present.0
