Imperial Edition AND Explorer's Pack Codes Invalid

So my Imperial edition's special codes aren't valid according to "redeem code" on my account. I put the code for game registration in (it's on the paper by itself), then went to do the two codes together on the same paper (Exclusive code and explorer's pack code) and neither of them work.

I asked for someone to call me back, but they obviously haven't. I probably will never hear from anyone.... Any suggestions?

Oh, well. At least I can play.... I just won't be getting everything that everyone else that spent the same amount of money as me will get... Except that I bought THREE copies... So.. How about tech support give me a call! >:|

I have the same issue. Codes are invalid. Funny thing was 1/3 of the code is the same as the early access code. Makes you wonder if someone made fake codes and put them on the market.

It would help if someone could say what the error states

You get 3 codes and 1 needs to be registered before the other 2 otherwise you get a code is invalid error.

If your codes still do not work after registering the main game code, then contact the shop you bought them from. They should be able to help you.

I assume you have registered the game code first? Not the early access code, but you will have 2 others, the game registration code then your explorer code or imperial (or both if you got both).

I'm having the same issue. I've been trying to get some help sense before release date and I've yet to get an answer. I bought mine from gamestop and they gave me a 3 day early access code instead of 5 and my imperial edition code says it's invalid and every time I try to call them back they say it's out of their hands. And so far I haven't gotten any help from the support.

I have same problem as you. I have three code.
But only "Game registration code" can work, other two code not working.
My imperial version doesn't work! What the hell is that !?
