Skyshards problem?

Is anyone else having problems with the Skyshards add-on?
It worked yesterday after the patch. I updated it in Minion this morning and now it's not working. It says dependency and won't work even with allow out of date add-ons. I have never noticed this add-on to have a dependency before.
Does anyone have any advise/suggestions? Will the problem resolve itself it wait for some of the lib add-ons to update in Minion?

Bealindra✭✭you need to install the required librarys seperatly, use minion to search for them then install accordingly, if game still complains about outdated or addon shows up red in game->options->addon, open C:\Users\username\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns
then u go to the lib folder that dosnt work and open the txt file
find api line and replace that one with this one
