Armor Master, Alessian Order, Bloodspawn, Nord.

You can push Health Recovery as high as 4k.

There's a player on an opposing alliance (PS4 NA) who has been testing various crazy tank builds by trotting up to one of our keeps and letting us pig-pile. I think he's got his build dialed in, now.

8-10 players whacking away... got his health to maybe 90% once. With his block up, my light attacks with 4.2k buffed weapon damage hit for 203.

I appreciate these walking Ulti regen stations

unless i'm reading the tooltip incorrectly, alessian order doesn't seem very good. 1% of the sum of your total resists, so like.. 600-700 recovery?

    You are correct.

I probably should have suggested Green Pact in place of Armor Master. A guildie shared his 4k Health Recovery (buffed) build with me, and I've experimented with the sets I mentioned, and confused the Health Recovery stats between the two.

Either way there are several approaches to a nearly impervious PvP tank.

I call them Scrub Magnets... because if you have a bomber pal hanging around nearby, waiting for just the right moment... ;)

I’m not trying to be mean but 1) this is some troll build that can’t do *** so why would you even want to play like this? 2) if you’re getting 3 shot by a single player then you need to focus on your skills and your build might be contributing to it but if you’ve copied a tanky build and are still easily dying then it’s definitely your skills and understanding of the game that needs work.

It's true I'm not very good. This was an attempt to stay alive longer, which I do with my healer/tanky builds ... and just for a laugh.

Even being bad, I should be able to hold one button to block. One CC though and game over.

Sounds like you just came across a good player. There are CC that go through block specifically to prevent perma blocking builds. My suggestion is that you focus on understanding how self healing works as well as your other forms of mitigation like roll dodging and blocking but at the correct times. Is your gear all impen trait? Do you have all your class, armor and guild passives? How’s your CP level and setup or were you in no CP? PvP is dynamic and has a very steep learning curve. This is punishing to new players but it also leaves a lot of room to grow which is ultimately a good thing in the long run. Over time you’ll understand how classes work and what to be ready for. PvP requires that you work both damage and healing into your rotation dynamically, and the player who dropped your block with a CC and then finished you off was probably very aware that you were inexperienced and knew exactly what to do. My guess is you probably went low on stam from blocking, then came the CC and at that point you were all but helpless as they launched their burst combo.

Umm where excatly he is attacked by 30 people ? I dont think he is even attacked by 15 people at once at any point in the video. Also I dont know where did You got his build because last time I remember he was not making his builds public to the point he was blocking people that were saying that in the comments. I know that because he blocked my comment due to the fact I guessed his setup.

So conclussion is that he is not surviving 1v30 and it's possible build You have is not copy of his build.

You are conflating two different statements.

OP is asking about a supertank build that held off 30 players. OP did not specify server.

The video was posted as an example of a supertank build on PS4 NA. The poster of the video made no statements about the number of enemies fended off nor on the build.

Learn to read. OP said quote "I watch a youtube video and watch someone stand still and have 30 players hitting him and he stays at full health". I dont see 30 man attacking person in the video at any point. If that video was posted as an example then I want to see video that OP was talking about not some examples. If that is the video OP was talking about though then there is no situation he described there.

    Learn to read yourself.

You asked for a video showing OP's 30v1, yet you criticize someone else's video that wasnot claimed to be 30v1.

It's pretty clear you got confused.

Ummm what ? Ok 1st I said "learn to read" more like a joke but now I am serious. Learn to read. OP said he have seen video of someone tanking 1v30 he was asked to link video like that , he linked one yet there is no 1v30 there. Simple. How You cannot follow that is beyond me.

Why shouldnt it be ? It's a tank with zero dmg so this is basically 1 thing that setup exists for. To survive multiple enemies at once if they're stupid enough to waste their time parsing the damage sponge.

    Wow, we're getting nit-picky.

The video wasn't OP's 30v1 video, it was some other video of a tank getting hammered by a large number of players.

I did not count opponents in the video OP posted since OP did not claim the video showed 30v1; OP merely stated there are several videos of players unharmed by large numbers of opponents.

I think you are too focused on seeing video evidence of 30v1 as opposed to 18v1 or 22v1 or 32v1.

OP's original statement '30v1' is obvious hyperbole. OP could have stated 15v1 or 27v1 or any other large number versus one since OP's point was 'a ridiculous number versus one'.

Even so, the point of the thread was not to prove or disprove that a tank could withstand 30 opponents. The point of the thread was to gain insight on how some players were able to withstand a large number of opponents while OP could not, despite OP's belief that OP had the same build.

It's not being nit-picky it's just simple ability to read and understand what You read. OP was asked to link video he was talking about not some other random video. So wither video he posted is not the one he was talking about in 1st comment or he simply lied when talking he saw 1v30 tank video. The thread title is "Youtube 30v1" so I dont know where are You even going with Your arguments lol. OP either seen 30v1 and he is not willing to show it or he just overexagurates things.

The hyperbole argument cannot be used here since OP stated 30v1 and was going with his argument around that line. Read the 1st comment he posted. If You want to use hyperbole as an argument then I can say that I once had succesfull 1v100 because during 1 hour I met 100 people and killed them (but in reality there was no more then 3 people at once on me but i used hyperbole after all lol).

    Try:
CC first, let them break free, repeat a few times on cooldown. Reverb or another major defile + poison with minor defile (CP for defile is good ROI) used in conjunction with the CCs. Having a friend use cost increase poison while you defile works well. If this isn't enough, negate/ultimate after CCs use up their resources.

Or just charge ultimate and move on, which sucks lately with combat mounting bug.

    30 vs 1? sounds like EP doing 1v1 >:3

That is right, in EP we are adapted to face 15 AD and 15 DC at the same time LOL

A legend tells that one day a DC was attacked by AD, but nobody can't proof it

What was sad to me is watching that many people mindlessly beating on someone's shield. Why not just CC the guy then kill him? That's pretty much damage dealing 101, especially in PvP.

This video was probably staged or something.
