I'm not sure I'm even in the correct form to ask this.
I pre-purchased Elsweyr Digital Collectors Edition, back in Jan of 2019.
The only perk I've recieved so far has been Rahd-m' Athra Horse.
I did sign up or paid for with crowns for the Wrathstone DLC, I did recieve the 2
dungeons but as I am a ESO Plus member, shouldn't this have been free?
When I use the link at X-Box for the prolouge of Elseweyr or free play, it just starts up my
Summerset Chapter, no Elseweyr to view or play with.
What gives or am I missing something.

✭✭✭✭✭The collectors edition will give the rest of its rewards when Elsweyr actually launches. You get the horse immediately.
Also, as an ESO+ member, you get DLC like Wrathstone free. Elsweyr is a Chapter, not a DLC, so you don't get it free.Edited by VaranisArano on 6 April 2019 17:505

Wrathstone is only 2 group dungeons, FROSTVAULT and DEPTHS OF MALATAR, they are open at latter levels

Thank you for the timely response.
I kind of thought that was the case but figured I'd ask to clarify.
I am looking forward Elsweyr, new territory to explore and a new skill line.
Not to sure how I feel or think about Justice becoming envolved if some skills can't be used with NPC's in sight of.
I can see my KOS coming now.
