I unlinked my original Xbox account and linked it to a PC account and recently tried getting back on my Xbox account and it’s telling me to create or link existing. I’ve tried both and when I tried creating one it says email address format is invalid and when I tried using existing, it says internal error please contact support but who wants to wait for a reply when they just want to play??

Please help.
