Dressing Room... weapon bar swap

Why do I get a "you can not change weapon bars" after changing my spec via dressing room? Is there any way to avoid that? It's annoying as f**.

✭Not sure but there is an alternative addon for this purpose called alpha gear. I havent had any issues with it recentlyPC/NA
