No different levels of potions?

Hello,
I was researching traits on flowers and I found a strange behaviour. I created a spell crit potion for 10.lvl 301crit/10s. Then I tried to add better water and I created spell crit potion for 20.lvl 301crit/10s. The only difference is I can use this potion in later levels... is there anything I miss? If I create restore potions, there is clear boost in effect when I use better water. Any ideas?

GreasedLizard✭✭✭Yep. All you can really do is add a secondary effect if you buy that skill. (3rd reagent)
Seems weird there are no 'tiers' to buff pots, only restoration pots0
