Your post history is full of complaints about maintenance, going back to 2016. You're obviously not 'flabbergasted', you just like to whine.

At last some high value post in this thread!Zos should give us something to chew on during long maintenance like pts patch notes

In your expert opinion, how long should patch maintenance be?
Insanity is defined as 'repeating the same mistakes expecting different results' or so I recall it said by Albert Einstein.
What is it you are trying to accomplish here?
Are you trying to get an apology like your post in August 2016?
Or your demand that 'management needs to be fired asap' from a month prior?
Is it something you expect from beginning a forum post with:
"Guinness Book of Records just called me,
they told me ZoS is the number one leading game company when it comes to Maintenance hours !" from September 2016?
Stop. Please.

What are you exactly?
You're "flabbergasted". Said you wouldn't have bought ESO plus if you knew there'd be such a long maintenance.
Then follow that up immediately with saying nothing has changed or improved, i.e. you couldn't possibly have been surprised by the 8 hour maintenance.
Guess my expectations that Zenimax would get better at maintaining theyr maintenance times were to high.
Playing this game for over 2 years but i havent been here for couple of months and no i didnt check how long maintenance would take before i bought eso plus yesterday,if i checked it i would probably waited 2 days before buying it or wouldnt buy it at all..
We are costumers,we pay for something,we arent Zenimax employees.
In fact ,we pay the employees and staff.
Commodore 64 was my first computer, doubting that you are old enough to ever being in the possesion of a Commodore 64, my apologies if i am wrong.

It is irritating if it falls during your hours of play and it does seem like a long time, but it happens just about every single week so if you've just come back, get used to it.
No matter what platform you're on, it happens.
I guess you can give them credit for several hours of weekly maintenance. Trying at least to keep the game playable for us.
its almost funny to see how people try to turn Zenimax lack of good IT management into "effort",
almost..
