Stonefalls Skyshard

I was trying to hunt down the last few skyshards in Stonefalls earlier this evening, and found that the 5th one in the achievement list, on the hill with mushrooms (away from game so I don't remember the full hint), is inactive. As in, it is grayed out in my journal, last one I need in Stonefalls, but looks as though I may have already found it.
Anyone else have this problem?

vicstorm✭✭Had that today for the 1st time ... Try clicking on it anyway, if you don't have it. It worked for me even though it was greyed out.
Also if you didn't know, you can use the skyshard entry in your Achievement tab to track what ones you do and don't have."I'm not saying we kill all the stupid people, I'm just saying lets remove all the warning labels and let the problem sort itself out"0 -
Aureli✭✭✭I should have clarified that the reason I know I do not have it is from the achievement tab. That is the last one in Stonefalls. It didn't pop up for me at all. When I get off work I'll give it another go.0
