Daedric motiff 14 book bugged

yep picked up the daedric style book today then discovered you cant learn it as its asking you to have lvl 9 in metalworking, tailor, or woodcrafting i have over 9 in all the crafting proffession and i believe metalworking and tailoring where the skills before the crafting revamp in beta....... lol oh well sent in a ticket hopefully it gets fixed as i really would like to use this style

they are exceedingly rare drops from just about anything aside from items labeled produce, Niyami. They seem relatively more likely to drop in Veteran Rank zones, but they are intended to be very rare.

Metalworking is a Passive Skill under Blacksmithing. You have to be a very high level blacksmith to have 9 points spent in Metalworking.

Wow, this is good to know. I'm letting my guild know as we have a number of completionists who won't rest as they gotta catch em all.
