Provisional provisioning trainer?

Anyone else not able to see the provisioning trainer in Aliron? Or the other crafting trainer? The ones that start you on the crafting dailies?
Wanted to get all my characters cooking at the least, but could not find him on my DK. My wife's character had no problem with this, and invited me to group
with her sorc. Even when standing next to her character, at the spot the trainer stands, he was on her screen, but still not on mine. Even went as far as deleting him, and creating another DK,
with apparently the same effect. Some help would be greatly appreciated
