ESO Plus and no Crowns

I tried signing into the support menu to open a ticket but the support system Submit A Ticket won't recognize my password although it will let me into the forums, uughhh.

I've got ESO plus but haven't received any crowns for months. My subscription just auto renewed yesterday so I figured it's time to ask about it. Can support assist with this?

If you are unable to log into the support portal to open a ticket, try using the account recovery link to start a ticket for help with your missing crowns.

Good afternoon,

I did not receive crowns in February so I opened a another ticket and was advised that they are placed into my account every three months all in one bunch. That does not sound accurate as when I first signed up for ESO plus I was receiving them monthly.

Are crowns added monthly or is it quarterly?

The article below goes into detail on how ESO Plus crowns are sent on each platform. PC and Playstation 4 members receive the full allotment of crowns right away. If you subscribed for one year of ESO Plus, you would receive one year worth of crowns.

Will I get all of my crowns for my ESO Plus membership right away for the membership length or will I receive 1650 crowns per month?
