Title. I wanted to try the lowest video settings possible , but the chat quality is so bad that I couldnt even read it. So is there a way to keep the quality of the text crisp while on super low res ?

Subsampling will lower the resolution of the engine's render target (separately from the actual output resolution) without altering UI elements. This may accomplish your goal.

I just tested it, and both menus and chat were unaffected by switching Subsampling to Low.

I think that chat/ui graphic quality is tied with the general settings. However, you can always navigate through the graphic´s menu, reviewing all the options.
