Scavenging Demise thoughts?

I currently run Marksman and hundings rage on my snipe NB build but this new sets looks promising. Since I hit crits often and use poison would that last effect be worth more than the 8 percent damage from marksman or 150 extra I would lose from hundings rage??
Thoughts?

(5 items) When you deal Critical Poison Damage to an enemy, summon the Scavenging Maw who, after 2 seconds, attacks the enemy, dealing 7000 Poison damage and inflicting Minor Vulnerability for 15 seconds, increasing their Damage Taken by 8%. This effect can occur every 10 seconds.

commdt✭✭✭✭First where do you use your build? Judjing by Marksman in PvP not PvE, and in PvE crit is much less effective. Than what type of PvP and playstyle do you run? If it is champion enabled cyro, then you need maximum damage, maybe youll be better off with agility + monster set + some unique bow, Asylum bow (non perfect) is a very solid choice for +40% damage to your snipe. If it is non-champion then there is two options:
1. Balanced PvP like BG, than go for Bone Pirate for sustain, this set is the best for stamina in PvP
2. Hit and run open world Cyro PvP - here you need damage again, so either the same build as for CP or some proc damage variants, but i think there are better options than this set.
Asylum bow Id recommend in any case though, it really makes difference. You can par it with say Master bow

You can try Sellistrix but well, there actually is not many good sets. Maybe Engine guardian for sustain, but you can also try unique bows + 2x5pc sets. Its all up to youRawr0
