Give them a litle break though.. They are allready hands full with work on trying to fix this whether you believe it or not. Fixing servers is not easy stuff.. Not remotely as easy as some of you who have made some easy dedicated servers or wizarded windows servers might think.

always the same on PC EU...ZOS may consider switchting servers tbh...jeah costs money etc. but the recent problems, and all the problems they had in the past, it may be the best solution afterall

Over the last few days with all the issues, I've noticed that we're in dire need of more artwork for the login screen... should really focus your resources on the part of the game people see the most ZOS

Still getting error 103

So with the server being down so much this week, how about some compensation, and no we don't want 2 Orobouros Crates, we want a mount or something else that can make us forget this horrid experience...

I think what gets peoples backs up is the lack of any apology or and the flippant inference about it been "Everyone's fault for trying to log in at once"

I have been in and around computers all my working life and my son is also a programmer - so we are not all wet behind the ears.

This is a follow on from the extra long time of maintenance on Monday resulting in a similar problem ! Players patience is stretched so give them a break !

We are currently investigating issues some players are having regarding logging into the European PC/Mac megaserver. We will update as new information becomes available.

Usually these things break down due some cascading databse error or something similar. Having these performance issues so long tells me, that there is something hidden deep in the database or code that is not easy to find. If it is on database it is also connected to our stuff. Simple wipe wont do as we would just lose everything. Though all that should be able to return by hard work on going through logs, it would take days and people would not be understanding about it so.. We are in this point now.. Something needs to be done about these undead..
