Suggestion - Rededication Shrine (change skill points) in Cyrodiil

Just a thought, but would it be possible to have a Rededication shrine located in Cyrodiil? This is the shrine you go to when you want to change your skill points or morphs. I've sometimes wanted to play around with different morphs, and it would make life much easier to just have one in Cyrodiil. The other shrine that lets you redistribute attribute points would be handy, too. What do you think?

I would love to see this but fear we won't get it since we can buy respec scrolls from the Crown Store.

Also being able to sell stuff on your guild trader from the bank there...
