End of the 3 banner war

Was anything mentioned about the end of the 3 banner war in the twitch announcement 2 days ago? Haven't watched the whole thing but been cherry picking through it to no avail. If so does anyone know a timestamp to where it is being discussed? Thanks in advance.

✭✭✭Abnur thinks he can end it by releasing dragons. But it probably won't go the way he expects it and only Elsewyr will have a dragon problem.
I don't mind, since those cats are AD anyway and Queen *** is the one that started the 3 banner war. Let them perish. When the expansion releases i won't even bother defeating the dragons. Let them eat the cats and AD while i am save in my house in Glenumbra moors.٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶

✭It would be cool if they made made a Cyrodiil 2.0, remove the daedric presence and put faction outposts in place of dolmens and other points of interest daedra once occupied. Also would be neat if they would add events in cyrodiil.
Think it would be cool if they started moving away from the daedra focus and started making it more about the 3 factions and eventually ending the war (while keeping pvp ofc)~Thallen~1
