If I can wear a bathing towel as a costume, then making an outfit to expose as much scar/tattoo/war paint just makes sense. Especially as it's another gold sink, if the price of an empty slot is properly set.
I think just about everyone would appreciate a hide pauldron option. (Personally I'd also like a hide shoes for my Bosmer who likes to be in touch with the earth.)
I think everyone would also appreciate a hide hip-flaps option too, but I can see where that would be more difficult as they'd have to separate that portion of every chest piece.
Why they haven't done this already beats me, everyone keeps asking for it. Would it really be that hard to apply the same mechanics as the hide helm to the other pieces?
but for reals. if Mother Almalexia can get away without wearing pants, then my current incarnation deserves to be seen too, dang it!
Shortly after the formation of the Ebonheart Pact, a Nord woman was given a tour of the Tribunal Temple. When later asked about the experience, she seemed upset. Suffice to say, the Dunmer were not pleased to hear this, and thus they inquired further.
"Well," the Nord frowned, "the priests were very angry and unwelcoming. They kept shouting things at me like "you can't drink that mead in here!" and "somebody stop her, she's running naked!" and "we can't catch her; she's covered in grease!""
I want to hide the hip pieces. Half the time they are so huge they look silly or they ride so far off the hip I can see air between them and my toons legs.
The purpose of art is washing the dust of daily life off our souls. ~Pablo Picasso
I want to hide more armor than just my helmet (i.e., my chest piece).
After meeting Sai Sahan, I really wanted to make a character similar to him. He looked badass.
I agree. I would like to at least hide shoulders. When assembling my outfit, shoulders are the hardest piece to fit in with my outfit. lol And maybe I would like to fight things in my bra. Ya know?
