Is one alliance better than others?

I am playing on EU PC server. When it comes to farming transmute crystals, finding a group, taking over keeps etc - are any allieances better/dominant over others or is it more or less balanced out?

✭✭✭✭✭Red are known for zergs so probably the best choice for groups
Blue have some groups running but harder to find one
Yellow i dont know
I still love blue though
